Scheana Shay is and spilling the tea—and naming names.

In her just-released memoir My Good Side, the Vanderpump Rules alum, 40, opens up about life, love and more than a few famous flings.

After years of dating actors and athletes, Shay says she made a conscious decision to keep her love life out of the spotlight.

“I said to myself, ‘Okay Scheana, you’ve tried dating (or at least hanging out and hooking up with) all of these celebrities,'” she writes, share the list of early-2000s heartthrobs: Jesse Metcalfe, Eddie Cibrian, John Mayer, Shemar Moore, Josh Hopkins, Shane West, Jesse McCartney, JC Chasez, Adrian Grenier, Ricardo Chavira, William Tell, two unnamed actors from The Notebook—and that’s not even getting into the athletes.

“‘It’s time to switch things up and date someone who’s under the radar,'” Shay continues. “I didn’t want any of the fanfare or complications that came with being linked to someone famous. I wanted to be with someone who was grounded.”

These days, Shay’s party-girl days are behind her, with the reality star settling down with husband Brock Davies, with whom she shares daughter, Summer Moon.

“I feel like if a 40-year-old Scheana was single and not a mom, I couldn’t get the guys I used to get. I don’t know how I did it in my early 20s—people don’t believe me!” Shay said in recent interview with Us Weekly.

According to Shay, Hollywood nightlife in the early aughts was a whole different world.

“Social media has completely changed the life of celebrity, privacy, going out,” she told Us. “Any night you could be at a club and like, ‘Oh, I’m at Leonardo DiCaprio’s table.’ And then Cuba Gooding Jr. walks up. Now Justin Timberlake’s here—and I’m just the girl at the table. What is life?'”

VPR fans might recall Shay’s stories about Mayer, 47, whom she met while working at a cigar club and describes as “very much a gentleman.” As for running into the Grammy winner in later years?

“One time I awkwardly gave him a hug,” she says. “The last time I saw him, it was a handshake.” She even confirmed she’s chatted with Mayer’s friend Andy Cohen about the whole thing—off-camera, of course, during commercial breaks on Watch What Happens Live.

Then there’s Metcalfe, 46, Shay’s college crush-turned-reality.

“He was a dreamboat—still is,” she says of the Desperate Housewives alum. “It was a lot, really quickly, but he was an absolute sweetheart.”

And Moore? That was another full-circle moment.

“I remember being like, ‘Oh my God, Malcolm,” she said of meeting The Young and the Restless star, 55, in the flesh. Years later, the two locked eyes at a Super Bowl party—and ended up spending time together at his place.
