Directing municipal authorities to create dedicated feeding space for stray dogs, the top court said: “Feeding areas shall be created by civic bodies keeping in view population and concentration of stray dogs in particular municipal ward.” It also stated that feeding of stray dogs shall not be permitted on the streets.
