Travel Marquette launches trash collection initiative
Travel Marquette has just launched its Collect Marquette Pass. You can stop by its office to grab a free trash bag and gloves. Then, you can go to the participating locations and pick up trash. You check in online and bring the bag of trash back to get prizes.

You can stop by its office to grab a free trash bag and gloves.
Then, you can go to the participating locations and pick up trash.
You check in online and bring the bag of trash back to get prizes and enter a drawing where you could win one of three $150 Love on Local gift cards, which are redeemable at any Marquette County small business.
“It’s nice to be able to just have a small bag to take with you and pick up any trash that you might see if you are planning on visiting a different location,” Travel Marquette CEO Susan Estler said. “There’s places all over that many people go to so they can just enjoy it.”
You will also be able to use a digital Collect Marquette passport to check clean-up locations.
