Two men shot and killed at Cerritos Sports Complex, suspects at large
The shooting happened around 2:30 a.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Unconfirmed reports indicated multiple suspects opened fire on the victims before fleeing in two separate cars. The two victims, who have not been publicly identified, were transported to a hospital where they were pronounced dead. The shooting is under investigation, and LASD encourages anyone with information to contact the Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500.

Footage and tips obtained by KTLA show homicide investigators examining what appeared to be numerous casings from possibly multiple firearms in the southwest parking lot of the complex.

LASD said the two victims, who have not been publicly identified, were transported to a hospital where they were pronounced dead.
The stringer news service OnScene.TV said a crowd of people, presumably friends or family, were seen crying at the hospital. Law enforcement was also reportedly present at the hospital.
