US Small Business Administrator visits Maine businesses, advocates for Big Beautiful Bill
US Small Business Administration advocates for President Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill” The budget bill passed the House by one vote and currently sits in the US Senate. The group also stopped by Moody’s Collision Center in Bangor and Treworgy Family Orchards in Levant, Maine.
This afternoon, they stopped by Treworgy Orchards in Levant to advocate for President Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill.”
After a tour of the grounds and some strawberry picking, Loeffler spoke about how the bill could help businesses like Treworgy’s including tax cuts and no tax on tips and overtime.
“The One Big Beautiful Bill creates a million jobs. It creates $750-billion dollars in economic opportunity across Main Streets, across family farms like this one, and it’s vitally needed. And every day this bill doesn’t pass is one less day that small businesses and families don’t get the benefits of this bill,” said Loeffler.
“I think it’s good for someone who spends a lot of time in Washington to get out and see what’s going on on the ground to be able to hear directly from the people who their work is impacting,” added one of the owners of Treworgy Family Orchards, Jonathan Kenerson.
The group also stopped by Moody’s Collision Center in Bangor today.
The budget bill passed the House by one vote and currently sits in the US Senate.
