Rumors that Hulk Hogan passed away may have started through a post on Reddit created months ago, and were recently flamed somehow through a post on social media platform X:

TMZ reported a Hulk Hogan representative confirmed the former wrestler visited the hospital in recent days for back and neck issues, and that otherwise, the 71-year-old is in good health.
