Fans were buzzing after Kendrick Lamar was spotted jogging on the Detroit Riverfront during his Detroit stop on his national tour. “People are so much more brazen about running up to their favorite celebrities because it’s all about getting it on the phone. I don’t even think people realize what they’re doing sometimes,” Lauren Crocker said.
Friends of the show Lauren Crocker from “Blaine & Lauren” on 96.3 WDVD, comedian Melanie Hearn, and producer Jack Roskopp joined us for the weekly “What’s the Buzz” segment to share their tips on meeting celebrities.
“Before I became a comedian it was okay, but after and living in L.A., I just don’t approach anyone anymore. Read people’s faces first and then walk up to them,” Hearn said.

A genuine and relaxed appeal seems to be the best way to go if you meet a celebrity.
