A 24-year-old woman was found dead in a hotel room in Central Delhi’s Paharganj area early on Saturday after a man allegedly strangled her and fled to Mathura in Uttar Pradesh, where he later surrendered, said police.
The incident came to light around 3 am when Prem Kumar, the manager of a hotel in the Sangtarashan area, informed the police that a body was found in a room.
