Women’s Health Company Tia Health Launches Longevity Service Line
San Francisco-based Tia Health offers in-person and virtual support for women. Its services include gynecology, primary care, mental health and wellness support. The longevity service line starts with an assessment that includes advanced labs, in-person testing and one-on-one provider guidance. The labs test for cholesterol, cardiometabolic health, inflammation and arterial health and organ functions.
After the labs, a Tia health provider discusses the results with the patient and creates a personalized treatment plan based on the patient’s goals. If the patient requires more intensive support, the company can connect them with cardiologists across the country.
“Our offering is designed to empower you with clear, succinct, and actionable ways to lead a longer, healthier life. It’s not just about ordering more tests, but the right tests that illustrate your long-term health. … This isn’t just about numbers on a dashboard, but about understanding your health and taking control,” said Jessica Horwitz, chief clinical officer of Tia, in an email. “Unlike traditional snapshot-driven check-ups, the program prioritizes ongoing support. … Our goal is to create a dynamic, relationship-based longevity pathway, not a one-time test or checklist.”
Although the company is starting its longevity service line with heart health, it plans to expand to brain health, hormonal shifts, autoimmune conditions and cancer risk throughout the year, Horwitz added.
Tia Health will measure the success of the longevity program by tracking biomarker improvements, rates of recommended screening follow-through and appropriate specialist referrals completed, Horwitz also said. In addition, the company will track patient-reported metrics, like goal achievements and continuity of care.
In the long term, Tia Health will measure outcomes such as reduction in cardiovascular events, improved metabolic stability and patient engagement, Horwitz noted.
Ultimately, the company aims to normalize “cardiovascular-first longevity care for women at scale,” she said.
“We aim to make advanced diagnostics and relationship-based preservation accessible, efficient, and equitable, not just in wealthier cohorts,” Horwitz stated. “Ultimately, we want longevity to look less like chasing ideal metrics and more like living better across decades, from hormonal shifts to healthy aging. By building a model that can evolve into brain, hormone, and cancer care, we envision longevity as a lifelong journey that helps women feel better, not a gamified metric optimization of lab metrics that leaves women feeling that they are not doing enough.”
