There was no clear violence during the dispute, only heated exchanges and some shoving. But it was enough that both teams received an official warning from the umpires once the conflict settled down.
The conflict started when Giménez appeared to extend his hand toward a high ball from Wrobleski, seemingly trying to get hit by the pitch. On the next pitch, he didn’t have to try: The pitch hit Giménez squarely in the wrist, prompting him to drop his bat and confront Wrobleski.
Wrobleski himself had some strong words in response. We won’t repeat them here, but if you can read lips, you can get an idea.
Wrobleski then allowed a single on a comebacker from George Springer to advance Giménez to second.

He was relieved by Tyler Glasnow shortly afterward, and Glasnow got Vladimir Guerrero Jr. to line out to end the inning.
